Welcome to Materials Resource Planning (MRP II)

MRPIIMaterials requirements planning (MRP) was developed to support material planning, inventory and BOM control. Manufacturing resources planning (MRP II) evolved by making several extensions to the basic MRP system witht the additions including process purchase transactions and to support inventory and financial functions.

MRP II supports:

  • Master planning schedule (MPS);
  • Rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP);
  • Capacity requirements planning (CRP); and
  • Production activity control (PAC, also known by the term shop-floor control)
 

Scheduling software that lets you step-up from using manual tools like spreadsheets, wallboards or piles of paper.

What is MaxScheduler - It is a desktop program that lets you import tasks, create a graphical schedule from those tasks and share it within your organization as a set of webpages. Editing the schedule is quickly done by using your mouse, to move tasks around.

Benefits- MaxScheduler makes it easier to manage the scheduling of many jobs across multiple resources. You get the benefits of having scheduling software without having to dramatically change your current scheduling process. You can import data from other computer systems like: accounting, job-shop, WMS, MRP and ERP.
